How does Click & Collect work?
Click and Collect allows you to 'Click' and buy online, then 'Collect' at a store, by picking up your item(s), rather than having them delivered.
How much does Click & Collect cost?
Click and Collect is a FREE service for qualifying orders.
Where is Click & Collect available?
Collection of Click and Collect orders is currently available in Sydney stores only.
Where do I collect my item(s) from in-store?
Your Click & Collect item(s) will be available for collection at the dedicated online pick-up counter at the front of our store.
How long will my order take to process?
Orders placed from 8am-2pm will be available for pick-up within 3hrs.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the following day. You'll be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Check your spam folder if you can't find the email from Alspec.
How do I know that you've received my order?
We'll send you an order confirmation via email, as soon as we've received your order. If you do not receive the confirmation within 2hrs of placing the order, please reach email us at sydney@alspec.com.au. Our Operating hours are Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST.
When can I collect my goods?
You will receive a notification email from the store when your goods are ready for collection. Remember to check the store's opening times.
What do I need to bring along to collect my goods?
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo identification including your name and address.
Can someone else pick up my order?
You may nominate a representative to collect the goods on your behalf, however you'll need to provide evidence that you've given them permission, Our staff may call you to authorise this. They'll also need to show the pickup reference code on the confirmation email.
What shipping options do you offer?
We do not offer any shipping services at the moment.
What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?
Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we'll happily assist you with a return or exchange.
